Artist Annamarie Trombetta studied at Parsons School of Design, the New York Academy of Art, the National Academy School of Fine Art, the Art Students League, as well as abroad in Ireland and France.  She is known for painting “en plein air” and has painted in various locations in the United States, in New York City and Staten Island, New York, and throughout her travels in Europe.  Trombetta has presented solo exhibitions at, among other institutions, Richmond Town Historical Museum, the Garibaldi-Meucci Museum, the Wagner College Gallery, the Dana Discovery Center in Central Park, and at the Staten Island Museum.  She has additionally exhibited at the Union League Gallery, the Mana Contemporary Art Center, and at the Italian American Museum.  She won the Junefest Exhibition Stipend Award from Staten Island Arts and a Traveling Scholarship to Italy from the National Academy School.  Trombetta is listed in Who’s Who in American Art, Who’s Who in American Women, The World’s Who’s Who of Women.
