Michael Falco is an award-winning photojournalist working in New York City. His work is in the archives of the Museum of Modern Art, on display at the 911 Memorial Museum, and in the National Archive at the Library of Congress. Commissioned as a public artist by the City of New York, Falco’s 30 foot glass mural, Where Marsh Meets the Sea, graces the Staten Island Ferry Terminal. He has been a contributor to The New York Times and National Geographic, and his books include Echoes of the Civil War: Capturing Battlefields Through A Pinhole Camera; Along Martin Luther King: Travels on Black America’s Main Street; and Caddell Dry Dock: 100 Years Harborside.
